  11. agreement signed by GotWeb, your use of this software indicates
  12. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  14. A Registered Version will give you the following rights:

  16. One registered copy of "Quick Socket" may either be used by a
  17. single person who uses the software personally on one or more
  18. computers, or installed on a single workstation used
  19. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  23. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  24. New York.

  28. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  29. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  30. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  31. various hardware and software environments into which Quick Socket
  32. may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS

  47. without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software
  48. after the 21 day evaluation period a registration fee of $29 is
